Terni Volley Academy coach Leondino Giombini reviews the loss to Energy Time Campobasso: “Campobasso is a very well-equipped team that finished fourth in the first round and made a strong impact in the Italian Cup. Valchinov played very well for them, jumping high and hitting hard, well fed by their setter. As for us, we were in the match for three sets, but we weren’t able to manage the breaks and make the decisive breakthrough to close out the sets. In the fourth set, we just didn’t play, and there’s little to comment on. We need to start from the knowledge that we were always in the match when we managed to manage the difficult moments.”
