Experience and solidity. Volley Savigliano is pleased to announce that Luca Martina will be part of the first team roster competing in the 2026/27 Credem Banca Serie A3 championship.

Born in 1998, originally from Pinerolo, Martina completes the libero roster, alongside the previously announced Andrea Marassi, promoted from the youth sector. Standing 180 cm tall, Luca will bring ten years of experience among the seniors, beginning in 2015/16 with Volley Parella Torino in Serie B and continuing with Acqui from 2021 to last season.

“I’m very happy to join the Volley Savigliano family, a historic club I’ve only ever heard positive things about,” explains the former Acqui Terme player. “It was a somewhat unexpected call, but I was delighted to receive it and even more so to accept it. We’ll be an almost completely new and very young roster. I’ll try to bring some of my experience and the belief that with hard work, a little patience in difficult times, and a lot of enthusiasm, you can achieve great goals. I can’t wait to get started. I’ll be waiting for you at the gym!”

Volley Savigliano wishes Luca every success in his third Piedmontese adventure in Serie A3. Good luck!
