Bre Banca Lannutti Cuneo: Brazil won the 2006 World League by beating France in the final. Brazilian team won 3-2 a spectacular match. Giba scored 30 points and he has been awarded as best player of the event. He said: “I didn’t win on my own, I have to thank my teammates” Giba confirmed the very high level of all the teams that will make very tough the next World Championship.
Giba will be back in Cuneo to join the team next week after one week of holiday with his family.
In the meantme Bre Banca Lanutti starts today a three days of joined work with Olympiakos.The three friendly matches will be played on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at the Cuneo Palasport at 5.00PM.
On the first of September the team will them partecipate at the Regione Piemonte International Tournament together with: A.S. Cannes, Copra Berni Piacenza and Acqua Paradiso Montichiari.
