Catania is preparing its home game against Crema, which will take place on Sunday at 6pm at the PalaCatania Gym. In its last home game, Hugo Conte’s team collected an important win over Rome.
Zac will be the only player missing for the encounter, as the player will undergo surgery on his knee today. Best wishes to him for a quick recovery (he should be out for about two months).
“We started off poorly in the league – said coach Conte – but we’re trying to get back on track now. We won 3-0 against Rome and, if we’d played the same way, we’d have brought some points back from Bassano too. However, the tour de force is over. In the first rounds, we faced bigger-name teams. Now, we’ll play against excellent teams, which I believe we can beat, though. So we’ll have to do well, starting from Sunday against Crema, first game of an important series”.
