Yesterday night, Giacomo Tomasello put pen to paper, becoming officially a Latina player. The club had been working on this deal for the last two weeks and have now added yet another important piece to the jigsaw. Born in 1976 (197cm) Giacomo is the fourth middleblocker of the team. He could make his debut against Castellana Grotte this Sunday.
“This is a new challenge for me – said Giacomo – even though I had already been training with the team for the past two weeks”. Chairman Gianrio Falivene was extremely satisfied too “The arrival of such a good player like Tomasello is yet another demonstration that our target is to get straight back into the Serie A1 and that we’re putting the effort in to reach it”.
