A. S. Volley Lube has signed middle blocker Murray Grapentine, class of 1977, 202 cm, captain of the Canadian national team. The player will be part of the team until the end of the current season, to make up for the absence of Rodrigo Santana, injured.
Grapentine, who has played in the French chalmpionship for many years, will be in Macertata in the next few days, as soon as the paperwork will be completed for his permit to come to Italy.

While waiting for Grapentine, czeck middle blocker Jiri Zadrazil, good friend of Martin Lebl, has been working with Lube since yesterday afternoon.
Zadrazil, class of 1980, 197 cm, Lube’s opponent in the 2003/04 Indesit Champions League with Dukla Liberec’s shirt, will be in Macerata until next wednesday.
