The semi finals had never been so tight and unpredictable. Bassano and Gioia del Colle failed to seal their respective series in two games against Latina and Roma, and now they will have another go with the support of their home fans.  

However, they will have to deal with the character shown by their opponents. In game 2, Latina and Roma were led by outstanding performances from Hernandez and Giombini, who were both top scorers of their respective encounters with 19 and 20 points.

Given that the PalaBassano will not be available, Guarise and co will move 40km away to play the decider in Schio. Cretu’s team is hoping to repeat the excellent performance of game 1, in which Bassano proved clinical in the clutch time of each set. As for Gioia, it will be able to fully benefit from the court advantage. Gioia has been at its best in its own house, winning 14 of its 17 home games. Show time guaranteed.

FORMULA – Semi final and final will be played on the best of three games. The best classified team at the end of the regular season will host the first and third game, if needed.
