Ambitious newly promoted side Versilia will be the first oponent of Bassano in this league 2009-10. They count a legend of a coach in Luca Cantagalli, expert Paolo Torre as setter and Leo Rodriguez, an outside hitter that made the difference week in week out in the A2 last season.
“We have worked an awful lot in this month and a half of preparation and the team improved a lot in recent weeks. We are physically fine, but we still have a lot of work on in terms of technique and mental. That’s why I think we might find it hard at the beginning, but we have a great margin for improvement”.
