Macerata’s Under16 team became regional champion this weekend. It swept Ancona in their own house 3-0 (25-17, 25-16, 25-13). Here is the squad coached by Federico Belardinelli and Giampiero Freddi: Pierpaolo Partenio, Simmaco Tartaglione, Luigi Randazzo, Luca Gasparroni, Manuel Guazzaroni, Leonardo Evangelisti, Jacopo Cenci, Alessandro Catalini, Enrico Diamantini, Bernardo Calistri, Mattia Forconi, Federico De Giorgi, Alfredo Allegrini. Thanks to this win, it will take part in the Inter-regional championships Under 16 on the 16 and 17 May. A place in the national final (4-7 June in Viterbo) will be at stake.
