TREVISO-VERONA 2-2 (14-16, 15-11, 20-25, 25-15)
Verona played today in Treviso’s Palaverde gym. It ended on an unusual 2-2 draw. Della Lunga scored the clutch point to take the first set (16-14). In the second, Verona was ahead 9-6 before the hosts blew passed them to tie the game at 1-1 (15-11). Sottile combined well with Us Holt, who scored the winning point (20-25) in the third but once again Treviso got back on level terms (25-15).
