The time has come for Perugia to think about the future. The club has made its first move for 2010-11: Emanuele Zanini will be the team’s head coach. Zanini already knows the place as he had coached the red and whites in 2006-07. He is currently coaching the Slovakian national team and won the European Championships 1999 with Italy as Anastasi’s assistant coach.

“Emanuele is the ideal coach for the next’s season’s group – said sport director Sartoretti – We’re aiming to put together some young players that want to show what they are capable of and I’m sure Emanuele will know how to use his experience to take care of the Perugia of the future”.
