In Colognola ai Colli, a classic of the Italian League between Verona and Treviso was played to help the Gresner Institute, who takes care of disabled people. Three hundred spectators came to watch Treviso win 3-1 but Verona played excellent volleyball too. They showed great fighting spirit, Bolla led all scorers with 26 while Calà was often clutch.
