The 1200 fans that came to the Pala Globo arena went crazy as Sora won its first tie-break at home after being totally dominated for the first two sets by Milan. In the fifth set, Milan tied it at 12 with a Raphael ace, but then made consecutive mistakes with Beretta who served in the net and then with four touches to make it 14-12 Sora. The first match point was cancelled out but the usual Kay Van Dijk sealed it on the next one.
