Disastrous playoff opener

In less than an hour and a half, Genova managed to get the quarter-final series on level terms with a straight set victory. Molfetta, which benefitted from a 1-0 advantage entering the series due to its better position in the table at the end of the regular season, will have to get reorganized very quickly as game 3 is on Wednesday at home. Hopefully, yesterday’s game will be remembered as a rare moment of poor volleyball from the team this season.
