Following the separation with Australian Smith, Corigliano signed David Gonzalez to fill the void on the wing. Born in 1989, the Venezuelan spiker is already part of his national team despite his young age. In 2008-09, he played in Argentina, then moved to Spain (Cajasol) before going home last year with the Industriales of Valencia. Already successful in his Youth national team, he recently made the grade and won the Cuban Olympics 2010, and earned bronze in the South American championships in 2011.
