Monza has all its spikers. Alongside the renewed Iacopo Botto and Leonardo Puliti, in come Lorenzo Bonetti (Cisano Bergamasco) and Claudio Gaggini (Milan Under 17).
Bometti came up in Agnelli Bergamo’s youth ranks before moving to Treviso’s academy. In the A2, he had experiences with Bassano, Reggio Emilia and Cantù. Last year in Dianetics Cisano, he moved from setter to spiker. “After all that happened to me a year ago it’s a dream to be back in the Serie A, and as a spiker, new role for me” said Bonetti.
