Modena keeps preparing the playoff quarter-finals against Cuneo, who went very close to win the Champions League yesterday (14-16 in the tie-break against Novsibirsk).
“I have seen Cuneo’s game – said Jakub Vesely – They have been a bit unlucky but I don’t think that will change much for us. I mean Cuneo was one of the strongest teams in Europe before that and that’s still the case now. This will be a very tough series. I think we’ll need extreme concentration and discipline tactically”. Meanwhile, Modena will play two friendly games this week, home against Macerata on Wednesday and at Trento on Saturday.
