In its first season in the Superlega A1, Monza will need experience and they found it in Daniele De Pandis. Born in 1984 in Lecce, the libero made the qualitative leap in the A2 with Taviano, then he moved to Santa Croce before making the grade in the A1 with Forlì and then Cuneo.
“I am happy to join Monza – said De Pandis – This was the first team to show real interest for me and I appreciated that. I am not going to say anything about the team, it’s still early days, we’ll need to see once it is completed, but I think we can do well and give a game to many. I will try to make the most of the experience gathered in Cuneo to help my teammates, especially the youngest ones”.
