The 32-year old Italian-Brazilian Bruno Zanuto broke a significant personal record. Born in San Paolo, the spiker obtained the Italian citizenship in 2014. Now in his fifth season in Italy, a Brazilian online magazine “Opovo” listed him as one of the 8 best Brazilian spikers ever to play in Italy. His name goes alongside some phenomenal stars such as Giba, Gustavo, he even overcame giants like Murilo and Nalbert. Zanuto has already scored 1140 spikes in the Italian Serie A.
