The seventh week of pre-season training begun this morning and already tomorrow there is a friendly game scheduled at 4.30pm at home against Sora, one of the favourites to win the Serie A2. Recent outings against Siena and Latina have been very promising and now coach Castellani has planned further tests to check the progress of his men. Indeed this weekend, the team will be in Ortona for a tournament with the hosts, Castellana Grotte and Molfetta. The players missing are: Atanasijevic, Buti, Birarelli, Fromm, Kaliberda, De Cecco and Russell. The last two will join the group around the 15th of October, while the others after the European Championships starting next week. As for Sora, it is coached by Fabio Soli, former Block Devil when it was in B1.In the roster they have experienced setter Fabroni and outside hitter Hoogendoorn.
