Good test for Mondovì in the first Fabio Mattiussi memorial organized by Sporting Parella, club from Turin where the young Mattiussi used to play before he passed away last summer. The game, which ended on a 2-2 draw, gave valuable indications to coach Mauro Barisciani.
“The team was well-oraganised in rebuilding the plays – said Barisciani – The players remained composed in the important moments. I am satisfied with the work done at the net too, but obviously there are things to work on like the reception, even if we did not struggle as much as expected against one of the strongest B1 teams that counts really strong servers”.
