Rinascita Lagonegro completes group of 34
Rinascita Lagonegro was admitted into the Serie A2 UnipolSai, which makes it 34 participants into the Serie A 2016-17: 14 registered into the SuperLega, 20 in the Serie A2.

Fantavolley second edition
The second edition of Fantavolley, which involved over seven thousand fans all over Italy and beyond, ended with the photo contest “Wins the World League in Rome”.
Over 9000 people visited the site, there were 4000 likes on the Facebook page, more than 2000 followers on Twitter, over a thousand on Instagram as well as on the brand new Snaptchat account.
Among the novelties of the second edition, the private leagues had a huge success, including the league of the players, in which there were big names likes De Cecco and Bruno. There was also the SuperLega group of supporters’ league, the journalists’ league…
Luca Bertacchini won the general ranking and the main prize to go with it. Pier Paolo Lorizio finished second and Cristian Albanese third.
The coming season is expected to be even more exciting with some new fixtures: for example, there will the possibility to pick a back-up player in case one of the starters does not play.
