Experienced middle blocker Andrea Sala and young libero Davide Brunetti will play one more season at Monza. These represents two important re-signings for the club and coach Miguel Angel Falasca.

Sala’s first season ended with 16 appearances, 31 sets played, 41 points, 1 ace, 60.9% in attack and 11 blocks. I have been here only a year but I really feel I belong here so I am thrilled to stay – said Sala – Even if we did not make it in the playoffs, I think we did a great job last season, especially in terms of atmosphere in the group. And given that most of the players will stay the same, we have a solid basis in terms of relationships and that can only be positive”. As for the product of the youth department, Brunetti, this will be his second experience at the highest level after the two appearances of last season.
