Romagna keeps building a younger team for the 2016-17 season. Indeed, two products of its youth department will be promoted to the first team: spiker Simone Calarco (1995), who played three seasons between the B1 and B2 division at Conselice and Carpi, and libero Stefano Marchini (1997), last season in the B2 division at Cesena.
“We are very happy to launch the Serie A career of two players who grew up here – said president Luca Casadio – We’re hoping they will mark the beginning of a tradition and that many of our young talent will be able to make it into the first team”.
