Another great move from Vibo Valentia on the market and another Brazilian in the roster with the addition of Thiago Soares Alves. Born in 1986, he won the Brazilian title five times, he was named MVP in 2013 with RJX Rio De Janeiro and he won one Japanese league title. He also triumphed with his national team: he won the World League twice (2009, 2010), the Grand Champions Cup twice (2009, 2013) and two South American championships too (2009, 2011). In the second half of the 2014-15 season, he played in Turkey before going back home at Sesi San Paolo.
