On Saturday afternoon, starting at 4.30 pm, the third seasonal joint training will be held, the first at the Pala Parenti Gruppo Lupi Forum, with free admission for the public. The tasty appetizer of the 60th birthday evening will see Ermgroup S. Giustino, the newly promoted Umbrian team in A3 as the opponent. The team coached by coach Marco Bartolini will face the White group, thanks to some competitive additions compared to the sextet that dominated the 2021-22 Series B. The foreigners are the Bulgarian striker Petar Hristoskov, first season in Italy, and the Lithuanian Ridas Skuodis, from Tuscania. Libero is the expert Davide Marra, coming from Siena and with experience in Super League in Vibo and Piacenza. The setters Sitti and Nelson confirmed, at the center the news are Piergiorgio Antonaci from Galatina, Davide Quarta from Tuscania and our Flavio Procelli, at the first experience in Serie A after last year’s B with the Lupi of coach Pagliai. Another former red and white is the stunner Flavio Cappelletti, under Kemas Lamipel in the 2020-21 season, that of coach Montagnani. A new entry is also the Mattia Sorrenti hammer, coming from Massa Lubrense (A3). A growing team, fresh from a double confrontation with Perugia (in S. Giustino and at Pala Barton), which will certainly constitute a training obstacle for coach Mastrangelo’s boys.
At the end of the race, all in Piazza Matteotti, for the event organized by the Lupi company as part of “S. Croce in Piazza ”.
