The expectation is growing at Avimecc Volley Modica in view of the start of the new season in the A3 series, where the white and blue of president Ezio Aprile want to be protagonists.

After the long preparation phase to arrive as prepared as possible for 9 October, the training of coach Giancarlo D’Amico in the last two weeks has raised the pace of training and after having faced test matches against very thick sextets to understand the real potential of a group that DS Manuela Cassibba and her collaborators have built with sagacity and desire to raise the bar of ambitions, starting tomorrow begins to refine the schemes in view of the debut in the championship.

The training session tomorrow evening (starting at 8pm) with the Savam Letojanni team from Messina will be useful for the technical staff to understand the state of form of the entire roster a week or so before the start of the championship.

Giancarlo D’Amico and his staff, therefore, will have the opportunity to carefully study some aspects on which they will have to work in these days to highlight the strengths and weaknesses of the Modica team, but at the same time evaluate the harmony of the team on the field and understand at what point is the race pace and the concentration of the group.

The atmosphere in the blue-white home is that of a team and a management that works in harmony and is convinced that they can do well in a championship that promises to be among the most difficult in recent years. Many teams, in fact, have strengthened by drawing even in the higher division. Modica was not outdone by the opponents, but in twelve days the field will determine how much and how we worked and where we need to work to improve.

Tomorrow with Letojanni will be the penultimate test match of preparation. In fact, on Saturday afternoon at 6 pm, Putini and his teammates will close the pre-season preparation phase with the joint training on the field of Universal Catania, then the attention, as it should be, will move all for the derby with Farmitalia Catania which will open the “Dances” of the 2022/2023 season.
