Discovering Parmigiano Reggiano

Monday 8 August was a day dedicated to the discovery of Parigiano Reggiano for Volley Tricolore: a product of exceptional quality and typical of the City of the Tricolor. The first visit took place at the Social Dairy Casale di Bismantova where with Simona Tagliati the team experienced a blind multi-sensory tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano; the guys of coach Cantagalli then ventured into a quiz game entirely dedicated to the knowledge, production and peculiarities of the mountain product. A unique experience much appreciated by both the team and the staff.

In the evening, Conad Reggio Emilia was a guest and protagonist of the Shape Cutting competition at the Parmigiano Reggiano Fair in Casina. The players assisted the 9 finalist cheesemakers in the skill test. Luca Cantagalli, Alberto Elia and Loris Migliari took part in the microphones of Loretta Domenichini and Gabriele Arlotti.
