The fourth week of preparation of the Cave del Sole in addition to the double gym-sports hall sessions, includes two joint training sessions. The first, tomorrow Wednesday 7 September, is at the Palasport in Villa d’Agri against Aversa, a team of Mr. Falabella who plays in A3.

“Let’s start with the first match of the season – explains Mr. Barbiero-. For us, what is important is to understand what level we have reached in terms of physical condition because it is important and we are in the fourth week of work. The team already shows some specific features of this year. It will certainly be a physical and technical check, because we are doing a lot of technical work. Clearly – underlines the coach of the Cave del Sole – I do not expect a team that goes at high speed because there is a bit of work in the legs and fatigue, but I expect a team exactly as it manifests itself in training: with a great desire to do and careful, as well as determined on every ball.

The games are used to verify many dynamics, to which we will pay particular attention, in order to build a path towards the approach to the championship.

Saturday 10 September – concludes Barbiero – then we will go to Cisterna against a Super League team, therefore a very important confrontation, but I am convinced that after tomorrow’s debut we will be able to do well also on Saturday in Cisterna “.

Appointment at 5.30 pm at the Palasport in Villa d’Agri which will open its doors to the many fans who want to see the new Serie A2 team from Basilicata at work.
