Volley Tricolore’s ongoing development continues ahead of the 2026/2027 Credem Banca Serie A2 championship. Alessandro Zecca, ready to wear the Granata jersey for the third consecutive season, will round out the libero department.
Born in 2004 in Reggio Emilia, Zecca developed his volleyball career in the youth academy of WiMORE Parma, a club with which he took his first steps in the national championships, progressing from Serie B to subsequent experiences in Serie A3, first with Parma and then with WiMORE Salsomaggiore Terme. In the summer of 2024, he joined Volley Tricolore, beginning a journey that saw him first face the bitterness of relegation and then the joy of quickly regaining Serie A2 status.
Two seasons that contributed to his technical and personal growth, solidifying his role within the Granata team.
