The new Consoli McDonald’s Centrale del Latte met for the start of the new season, the ninth in Serie A2, on Thursday 18 August at the Palazzetto Molinari in Caionvico. After the medical examinations that took place at the Panathleticon in Brescia, the veteran athletes welcomed the new entries, more numerous this year than in recent years. Among the latter, eyes focused on the Cuban Gavilan, on the spiker Loglisci and on the central Luisetto and Candeli (for him a return after a year in Superlega). Many young people with high hopes starting with the second director Giani and the spiker Gatto to close with the very young Sarzi Sartori, Braghini and Pellegri.
The technical staff has been expanded and strengthened: alongside coach Roberto Zambonardi and assistant coach Paolo Iervolino, the new Spanish coach Aitor Barreros Casado will lead the first training session, who will follow in addition to the videos and tactics of the first team, the youth and Alessandro from Brescia.
