World Champs on display this morning in the Province of Perugia!
Sir Safety Susa Perugia, present with the president Sirci the team and the entire staff, was received in the Council Hall of the Province of Perugia in Piazza Italia by the president Stefania Proietti and by the provincial council present with the councilors Erika Borghesi, Moreno Landrini , Jacopo Barbarito and David Fantauzzi.
President Proietti praised the Juventus club capable of bringing to the city a very important trophy of great prominence not only for the club, but for the entire district.
In front of coach Anastasi and all the Block Devils these are the words of the black and white number one:
“Being here in the Council Chamber of the Province is a great honor for me, the words and compliments of President Proietti for the great achievement achieved make us proud. In my life, when I set my mind to doing something, I’m used to doing it in the best and most serious way possible. This seriousness and this pragmatic approach have brought about a mentality that I think was already seen eleven years ago when we arrived in the Italian top flight. In recent years we have always experienced seasons as great protagonists, we have won some finals, we have lost others, but we were always there. Today we are world champions, we bring to Perugia an incredible title won in a very painful way against very great opponents and this result is basically a consequence of the mentality I was talking about earlier, that of wanting to do well”.
