With the imminent “Boxing Day” on Boxing Day, the curtain falls on the first round of the Regular Season in Serie A2 Credem Banca. This year the ranking at the halfway point does not determine the grid of the Del Monte® Coppa Italia Serie A2. In fact, the hunt for the category trophy presents a new formula that will develop at the end of the regular season in the Round of 16, Quarterfinals and Final Four phases. Ortona and Castellana Grotte compete for vital points, Brescia competes with Reggio Emilia, Ravenna welcomes Pineto, Cantù receives the visit of Cuneo, Prata di Pordenone faces Porto Viro, while Siena and Santa Croce give the fans the highly anticipated Tuscan derby in a useful round for the Clubs to draw up an intermediate seasonal balance sheet.
