Delta Group Porto Viro will have to wait a week longer than expected to make its debut in the 2023/2024 Serie A2 Credem Banca championship. In fact, the match at Consar Ravenna’s home ground, valid for the first day of the regular season and originally scheduled for Sunday 15 October, has been officially postponed. The match will be played on Wednesday 15 November at 8pm, again at the Pala De André in Ravenna.
The postponement was arranged as one of the Consar players, the opposite Alessandro Bovolenta, will be busy with the senior national team until 8 October in the Olympic qualifying tournament in Rio de Janeiro.
For the official debut of the Delta Group we will therefore have to wait until Sunday 22 October when the nerofuchsia will host Ortona for the second day of the championship.
