Fabio Trevisiol is the third confirmation for the 2023/24 season after those of Umek and Tuis.
The centre-back born in 1999, who at the beginning of last year started as the third choice, managed game after game to win a starting position and never leave the field again. Convincing performances and a remarkable growth earned him confirmation in A3, as confirmed by Sports Director Eugenio Tassan “Last year Fabio started a little quietly but working head down he filled the gap that initially existed with the others teammates coming to earn ownership. For this reason it was decided to confirm it. Among other things, as soon as Trevisiol learned of Moretti’s news as coach, he was very enthusiastic in accepting the renewal proposal”
A few days after the signing of the renewal, Trevisiol himself also declared himself happy with the choice made “I am very happy to be part of this team again after my first year in A3. They told me about next season’s projects and the players they are building the squad with; it will certainly be a year full of battles because we aim high”
A continuous improvement also thanks to the precious advice of coach Moretti, who was deputy last year, who managed to direct Fabio towards the right path “It’s good news that Daniele Moretti is the new coach. Last year I found myself very well also because being a former centre-back he managed to teach me a lot. He has experience to spare and we are on the same wavelength between the desire to work, to improve and passion for which I expect the same from next season as well”
In recent months the volleyball market has held sway and between one official announcement and another the teams are taking shape “It’s still early days – comments Fabio – but we are starting to see many shifts from which we can guess the way in which the new rosters and above all what they aspire to. Many teams are making squads from the top levels of the standings, we too are moving well so it will be a difficult championship for everyone”.
