The four teams eliminated in the first round of the Play Off Scudetto, together with the winner of the preliminary round which includes the formations classified from 9th to 11th place in the Regular Season, namely Top Volley Cisterna, Pallavolo Padova and Gioiella Prisma Taranto, will go to play the Play Offs 5th Place: the five teams will compose a one-way round, followed by Semi-finals and Finals in a one-off match on the field of the best qualified. The winner will win a place in the Challenge Cup 2023/2024.
