A dinner was held last night in Musile di Piave at the headquarters of Personal Time, main sponsor of the Volley Team Club San Donà, in the presence of the team and managers in which the new shirt with the logo against violence against women was presented. The shirt prepared in record time by Personal Time. Yesterday’s convivial moment proved to be an opportunity to reflect and give voice to a problem that has been plaguing Italian society for years. For the entire championship, coach Moretti’s boys will play with the symbol of respect towards women on them.
The club’s next step is to create the same shirt for all the youth teams, the uniforms will be delivered to each category by one of the players of the A3 team to the team captain; a sort of passing of the baton from the older ones to the younger ones.
With this campaign, the Volley Team Club San Donà wants to raise awareness among its members, always keeping attention focused on every form of violence perpetrated against women. A form of respect to be held not only on November 25th of each year when the international day for the elimination of violence against women is celebrated.
