The joint press conference between Pallavolo Macerata and Banca Macerata was held today at 11.30 at the new headquarters of the bank in the Acquevive district along the Carrareccia road. In front of the press, the two companies from Macerata announced an important novelty for the 2023/2024 season and for the future of red and white volleyball: Banca Macerata becomes the main sponsor of the team and gives its name to the Serie A3 team.

The meeting was opened by the President of Banca Macerata, Ferdinando Cavallini, who recalled the growth of the credit institution, witnessed by the new headquarters, “It is a goal but also the beginning of a new path that began sixteen years ago. We want to continue growing and we will be able to do so thanks to the trust expressed by the territory, our assets are our customers, the more they will appreciate our services the more they will grow and we with them”. The President then explained how the Bank’s actions in the area translate into concrete facts, an example being the partnership with Volleyball Macerata, “Today’s is another step forward, we first gave our name to the Serie A team C, then at the arena, today the Bank becomes the main sponsor and we are aiming for new successes together with Volleyball Macerata. We have always believed in volleyball, we want to help bring the name of the city back to the top”.

The floor then passed to Debora Falcetta, Head of the Commercial Area, “We aim to support local excellence, sport in particular is an engine of the economy and we believe it can help grow the area. But not just sport, Banca Macerata supports various sectors of society such as culture and healthcare, with tangible initiatives that strengthen our relationship with the community. And we expect ever greater trust and recognition from the community as a reference bank in the area”. Irene Croceri, Head of the Marketing Office echoed her, “The Bank has always shown great sensitivity and attention in welcoming and supporting ambitious projects, and is ready and available to respond to the needs not only of the city of Macerata, but of the whole Province and neighboring territories”.
