Personal Time is ready to return on court on Wednesday evening, when Stadium Mirandola arrives at PalaBarbazza (start at 8.30pm). A match in which the Sandonese team will have to make up for Saturday’s defeat with Motta, three points are needed to consolidate second place behind Gabbiano Mantova: “It’s positive to play immediately after a defeat – comments coach Daniele Moretti -, it takes that away from your head which happened a few days earlier. This is the penultimate regular season at home, we want to give continuity to our game and demonstrate what we have done throughout the season. The trust didn’t go away because of some episode that happened in Motta. We are focused and the boys know how the derby defeat came about, now only the match against Mirandola counts.”
Moretti describes his opponents like this: “They have good players, including Albergati and the opposing players Natali and Rossatti, Quartarone is a master setter. Overall Mirandola is a decent team that however finds itself in a dangerous situation. We have to assert our strength because we are at home. The matches from here to the end will all be tough. We are in the playoffs, but there is no point in making calculations, we will only look at the rankings at the end and who our opponent will be.”
Davide Prati and Maurina Sessolo will referee Wednesday’s match.
