Operation perfectly successful and this is the most important fact. On Wednesday 20 March, at the Tuscan Surgical Center in Arezzo, the opposite spiker of the ErmGroup San Giustino, Simone Marzolla, underwent L4/L5 microdiscectomy surgery by the team of Dr. Eugenio Demo Dugoni, responsible for the neurosurgery of the same structure, in collaboration with Dr. Alessandro Landi. For the ErmGroup athlete from Veneto, four weeks of active rest will now follow, before starting the rehabilitation phase. On the part of Pallavolo San Giustino, thanks to the Società Centro Chirurgico Toscano, former “Poggio del Sole” nursing home, a cutting-edge technological company in several branches of surgery, which always manages to provide quick responses to user needs. In April 2016, the Tuscan Surgical Center – unique in central Italy – obtained the prestigious accreditation of “Joint Commission International”, renewed in 2019 and once again in 2022. A clinic in which availability and professionalism are the watchwords. And special thanks were addressed to Dr. Dugoni and his staff for having proceeded in the shortest time possible.
