Second gold medal and fifth territorial podium of the season for Diavoli Rosa and Powervolley Milano who on Sunday 14 April, in the setting of PalaBusnago, which hosted the Milan Monza Lecco Under 14 women’s and Under 15 men’s finals, won the title of Champions Under 15 territorial teams.
1st and 3rd place Under 19, 2nd and 3rd place Under 17 and now 1st place Under 15: this is the showcase of successes achieved so far in the 2023-24 season by the Diavoli Rosa-Powervolley Milano partnership.
A great classic was staged at the PalaBusnago for the challenge for the top step of the podium: Diavoli Rosa and Vero Volley, a final that did not reserve any major surprises, confirming the trend of the championship, which had seen Diavoli Power close it in first place group of excellence and won 3-0 against the Monza team in both matches.
This was also the case on Sunday. Coach Traviglia’s rosanero have in fact closed the final with a 3-0 victory (25-19, 25-15, 25-19) against Vero Volley, a match never put into question and which the Brugheresi have always had in control, so to close it in three sets.
The Under 15 Diavoli Power is confirmed as Territorial Champion of the category for the fifth consecutive year.
The gold medal was embellished by two individual awards: Pietro Bevilacqua awarded as Best Setter while Lorenzo Moro was awarded the title of MVP.
