Yuri Romanò, opposite and gold medalist at the last World Championships, will wear the red and white shirt again next season.

The extension of the contract, which expires on June 30th, was signed in recent days to the satisfaction of both parties. One year plus one contract, Romanò will wear the red and white shirt until 2026.

Born in Monza, born in 1997, Yuri Romanò is in his second season with the red and white. Twenty-seven years old, 203 centimeters tall, left-handed, the brilliant opposite began playing in the youth team of Volley Bollate and then moved to Diavoli Brugherio with whom he also made his debut in Serie B. In the 2017-2018 season he wore the Goldenplast Potenza shirt Picena in the A2 championship and then in 2018 he was a protagonist in Serie A2 with Bergamo, winning the Badiali Award as the best Italian Under 23, a title he also defended the following season with the Siena shirt.
