A.S. Volley Lube communicates an update on the conditions of the libero Fabio Balaso after the fracture of the fourth metacarpal of his right hand. The medical staff of Cucine Lube Civitanova and the athlete have agreed on a surgical intervention for the reduction and osteosynthesis of the fracture. The operation will be performed on Tuesday 1st April, in Modena, by the team of Professor Luigi Tarallo. The injury to the libero of Lube and the Italian national team occurred during an accidental clash with a teammate during training on Friday afternoon at the Eurosuole Forum in Civitanova Marche. Further evaluations will be made in the days following the blitz in Modena.
