A sportsman like Sergio Milani returns to the white-blue corporate executives. A person who, within the club, has followed countless areas and held various positions: from president to sports director, passing through the 360-degree manager, in the youth sector first and as team manager of the first teams later.

Specifically, the management of the company has assigned Milani the role of Marketing & Communication Manager of Belluno Volley: «This has become an important company also in terms of structure and size. The objectives are of great importance and, to achieve them, it is essential to build an organizational structure of the highest level. This is why we intend, for example, to give greater depth to the relationship with sponsors by involving them more, through initiatives and events.

Then there is the aspect linked to the development of the brand: «We want to increase the visibility of the company, strengthening what, using a technical term, is “brand awareness”. How? Exploiting all possible channels: from the digital one, through social networks and the web, to the “physical” one, linked to the presence on the territory, in such a way as to create a participatory movement capable of embracing not only the capital, but an entire province, so that it shares the ideals and principles of Belluno Volley».

Milani will be operational immediately: «The goal is to start the 2025-2026 season having already set up a work base to then arrive at a consolidated development model».
