The summer of Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza is increasingly tinged with blue. In addition to the call-ups of red and white players in the senior national team of Ferdinando De Giorgi, a new call-up in the Under 21 for libero Luca Loreti and in the Under 19 for libero Lorenzo Antonio Basso.
Luca Loreti has been called up, together with sixteen other athletes, on the recommendation of the Technical Director and 1st coach Vincenzo Fanizza to take part in a training camp, which will take place in Camigliatello Silano in the province of Cosenza from Friday 27 June to Friday 4 July, in preparation for the World Championship that will be held in Jiangmen, China from 19 August to 1 September. Italy is included in Pool D with Argentina, Tunisia, France, Ukraine and Indonesia.
The technical staff will be composed of Vincenzo Fanizza (1st coach), Saverio Di Lascio (Coach), Mario Di Pietro (Coach), Daniele De Ceglia (Athletic Trainer), Alex Boncompagni (Doctor), Pascal Laricchiuta (Physiotherapist), Loris Palermo (Scoutman).
