Volley Savigliano is pleased to announce that, also in the 2025/26 sports season, Andrea Berra will be the second coach of the first team branded Monge-Gerbaudo.
Originally from Racconigi, the next year for Berra will be the 34th year of activity in the Cuneo volleyball, of which he is now an institution. Before his adventure at PalaSanGiorgio, which began in the summer of 2024, in fact, Andrea was head-coach on many benches. In the women’s field, in Savigliano, Marene, Cherasco, Saluzzo, El Gall, Pinerolo, Racconigi, Borgaro Torinese and Cuneo, and in the men’s field, in Alba, Racconigi and Cuneo, the latter led in Serie B in 2016/17.
“The confirmation is synonymous with appreciation of the work done in the gym and outside of it, so I can only be happy with what has been proposed to me. I expect a lot from the new season, both in terms of results and growth in personal knowledge in the technical field. Last season was quite demanding for me, especially from a mental point of view and at times I was more of a liaison manager between the team and the management than a technician. A demanding but extremely interesting role. The balance is certainly positive and the experience I would say was “formative”
