In the 2025/2026 season, the role of assistant coach of Personal Time of series A3 will be covered by Anna Favini, 31, born in Milan and with a master’s degree in technical sciences of preventive and adapted motor activity.
As a player, she played in the youth teams at Aystel, which later became Verovolley, then she was at Gonzaga and Abbiategrasso.
She began coaching at Verovolley where she attended mini volleyball courses and assisted the coach of the Under 12 men’s team as assistant.
Subsequently, she worked for seven years at Gonzaga in Milan where she coached both men’s and women’s teams.
Then she moved to Parella in Turin where she coached the Under 15 men’s team, the Under 11 and the Under 12 women’s team. Last season, she directed the Under 11, Under 12 and Under 13 men’s team, and was second coach in the Under 19 men’s team and the B series, also for men.
Anna Favini began working with Federico Rigamonti at Gonzaga four years ago, Federico was the technical director of the men’s sector and the coach of the first team. Last year Federico and Anna worked side by side, as coach and assistant coach in the Under 19 and men’s Serie B teams.
