Anticipation is building at the Sir Susa Scai Perugia facility for the Block Devils’ home debut, when they take to the court on Sunday evening at 8:30 PM in the big match against Cucine Lube Civitanova.
The spotlights are back on, and the show is back on at the black and white home court!
Sunday’s match will be preceded by the award ceremony that the Lega Pallavolo Serie A presented for last season.
Spiker Oleh Plotnytskyi, who has become a key figure in the team and who this year wears the Perugia jersey for the seventh consecutive season, will accept the award given by the Lega Pallavolo Serie A based on individual performance rankings, for the “best serve” and most aces in the last championship.
The black and white hammer opened this season with a strong showing, winning the MVP award in the first leg of the regular season on Tuesday evening at the Opiquad Arena in Monza, where he finished with 14 points, two service winners, and a block.
