Marco Martino, general manager of Domotek Volley Reggio Calabria, expressed all his emotion at the end of the Fipav youth event in the S3 category organized by the Reggio club at Palacalafiore. “When you see the enthusiasm of children, you see the true meaning of life and sport” said Martino, thanking in particular our staff and the entire club for the excellent organization of the event.
The DG of Domotek spoke with pride of the work done: “We hosted a truly exciting event. Our goal is to constantly improve the entire context, always starting from the field and our wonderful kids”.
Despite the satisfaction for the season, Martino does not hide a veil of regret: “We were really one step away from … I still haven’t passed A2. We had gotten a taste for it, but this is sport”. However, he underlines the importance of transmitting to young athletes “also the culture of defeat, because knowing how to lose means being ready to win”.
Looking to the future, Martino outlines his vision: “A competitive Domotek that can excite an increasingly full arena. The goal is to have fun, excite and give Reggio Calabria more Sundays of celebration and entertainment”.
While appreciating the comparisons with the glorious past of Reggio volleyball, Martino prefers to look ahead: “We are still young, we have to write our own history”.
In closing, the DG anticipated upcoming news: “We have many surprises in the pipeline. We will soon start with important announcements
