Renewed, ambitious, and with a deep roster: this is Belluno Volley, in its 2025-2026 incarnation. A version conceived by sporting director Alessandro Carniel, in his second season with the Rhinos. A few days before the meeting at the VHV Arena, the sporting director focused on each of the new arrivals: nine in total.

He begins with spiker Gabriel Marini Da Costa: “He’s a young man with excellent prospects, even in beach volleyball. It’s no coincidence that he was called up for a training camp with the Italian national team. He’s only 19, but we’re counting on him: we’re certain he can grow in this environment.” Meanwhile, middle blocker Filippo Bortoletto and opposite hitter Leonardo Michielon have blossomed at Pallavolo Padova: “They come from one of the best youth academies in Italy. With our team, they’ll have the opportunity to gain experience and perhaps, in a couple of seasons, return to the SuperLega.” There’s also interest in libero Giovanni Tosatto: “I think he’s ready to play a leading role in Serie A3. He’s coming off a great season in Serie B, in Treviso, and he has the qualities to take the third division stage.”
